I have had no issues with this liquid supplement. I also take a liquid vitamin c with this daily. I was taking vitamin D pills.. which just weren’t working for me. In fact somehow taking pill formed vitamins seemed to be the cause of six kidney stones. I feel like my body does much better on liquid. I have better energy, and a slight improvement in my acne. I wish I would have found this sooner, during a 7 month winter that Utah had.. nonstop snow and no sunshine, plus I cannot drink milk. Glad I have this now though.
