At Shopii, we aim to deliver your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below you will find detailed information regarding our shipping procedures, delivery times, and rates.

1. Shipping Coverage & Destinations

We ship to all major cities, towns, and regions across Pakistan. Our local logistics partners (e.g., TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax, CallCourier) cover nationwide deliveries to ensure your parcel reaches your doorstep safely.

2. Order Processing & Verification

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after order confirmation.

  • Order Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your order details before dispatching. Processing begins once verification is complete.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

  • Free Shipping Offer: Orders exceeding PKR 3,000 (or your specified minimum order value) qualify for Free Standard Shipping across Pakistan.

4. Payment Methods Available at Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the exact invoice amount in cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery. Please ensure an authorized person is present with exact change if possible.

  • Prepaid Orders: Paid via direct bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa prior to dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing a Tracking Number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

6. Courier Delivery Rules & Customer Responsibility

  • Delivery Attempts: The courier company will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable or unreachable, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Correct Information: Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and landmark details are accurate at checkout. Shopii is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.

  • Package Inspection: For security reasons, couriers do not allow opening packages before payment is completed for COD orders. If you notice external damage to the flyer/box upon arrival, please record a video or decline delivery and notify us immediately.
