I used up the whole bottle in about a month. There were days that I skipped putting it on but most days I did. I do see a slight difference that is noticeable. I breastfed three babies, two of which I breast fed exclusively for 2 years (no bottles, pacifiers or formula so you can imagine the damage lol). My left breast kept some volume while my right didn’t. Since using this they appear more even. It improved the texture of my skin as well.
