So far the product is nice. It’s a bit prickly which is the point but I’m excited for the rejuvenating of collagen effect over time. I roll it vertically, horizontally and diagonally on the flour major zones on my face which takes some time and care but is easy enough. Be mindful about how much pressure is applied while using and it should be fine :)
I really like this blue derma roller. I used it with a lighter touch. I was surprised it did not hurt. Pretty good for a beginner like me. Comfortable to hold and rolls well. I like it.

Bought this to treat atrophic acne scarring on my forearms and face, and to boost collagen production as part of my skincare routine. It is so far easy to handle if you know what you are doing with it. I am using the roll and lift method and I definitely felt the microneedles penetrating the skin, which to me only felt like a pinch. At the needle size of .25 mm I believe this is a good beginner-friendly and safe needle size for those who wish to achieve results without risking infection or bleeding. Following the package directions, I did sanitize my device with isopropyl alcohol before and after using it.
