Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Packaging: It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, boxes, and protective seals intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation email, or order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Perishable goods, food items, or consumables.
• Intimate, sanitary goods, or personal care items.
• Custom-made, personalized, or clearance/final-sale items.
• Products showing obvious signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp, phone, or email at support@shopii.com.pk with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. If your return is accepted, we will guide you on how and where to send your package.
3. Customers are generally responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

Payment Method:For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are typically issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. You will be requested to provide your account details.For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or mobile wallet provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
