BENEFITS:
Capsicum Extract: This oil likely contains capsicum extract, derived from chili peppers. Capsicum can create a warming sensation on the skin, potentially leading to a temporary increase in calorie burning through boosted metabolism. However, the effect is likely minimal and short-lived.
Hydration (possible): Some body oils can help hydrate the skin, but this wouldn't directly lead to weight loss.
Weight Loss Requires Calorie Management: Ā Losing weight requires creating a calorie deficit by burning more calories than you consume. Exercise and a healthy diet are the most effective ways to achieve this.
